Our bed bound neighbour had a leak on her bedroom bay roof we called for a quote and explained the situation and they came out with in a couple of hours treating it as an emergency, and the job was done with in 4 days due to it being a weekend and the suppliers being closed on the weekend the job was done first thing Monday morning.

We reached out to James at Moston Roofing following some leaks on our valleys due to a poor quality new roof by the previous owners. From previous experience with roofing work, I wanted a proper job, so looked for companies registered with the confederation of roofing contractors, and came across Moston Roofing. James popped round and explained a few approaches, trying to minimise costs for us while doing a proper job in unpredictable autumn weather. We had a couple of other quotes and Moston came out competitively priced, and James clearly knew his stuff. I read the reviews on Which, Checkatrade etc and my only concern was that all the 5* ratings seemed too good to be true! However...

Moston absolutely delivered on the job, managing to fit us in 2 weeks earlier due to a cancellation and our pressing needs to fix the leaks. They worked in a tidy manner and replaced the lead valleys promptly, and gave us a few options along the way. They also replaced our front guttering and downpipes, which was a bit complex due to the shape and roof height. James has popped back a couple of times to double check the mortar had set and gutters are draining, to ensure that they have done a job to last. He is a great communicator and very honest and easy to work with. I would use again without question... but would rather not have a 3rd roof to fix!
